We have a small
crush on apples.


We’re apple-loving farmers, in Dunham, who make
unique ciders with eccentric characters. We know
that there are countless ways to make cider, but
we focus and rely on these few rules of thumb:





Act small:

Our small batch approach allows us
to keep a close eye on our cider.
It also lets us explore and produce
very limited, seasonal collections.



Be playful:

Exploration is part of who we are, we use
our knowledge to create unique, bright
and fun expressions of cider.
Ever had a black walnut-infused cider?

Stay natural:

If it doesn’t grow on a branch then it
doesn’t belong in a bottle.
So you won’t ever find any additives,
colourants or sulphites in our cider.

We’re farmers and we love our land for
all the good that she brings.
When we experiment with new flavour
combinations we only collaborate with
other growers in our region who share
